Together with relevant units, measures will be taken to ensure the water transportation of dangerous goods, daily necessities, production materials, and employees to and from Changxing Island Shipbuilding Base, and support the relocation of the shipbuilding base as scheduled.

Develop and improve the professional planning of water transportation for the World Expo, and promote the construction of infrastructure such as water entrances inside and outside the park. Establish a statistical index system for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the Shanghai port and shipping industry.
