Lianyungang New Oriental Container Terminal Co., Ltd. completed a total of 841258 TEUs of international container traffic in the first half of this year, an increase of 39.9% compared to the same period last year. In June, 150417.75 TEUs were completed, an increase of 53.6% compared to the same period last year, both setting historical records.

For the first time, pig iron was loaded into the container using a tool developed by Lianyungang New Oriental Container Terminal Company and transported by domestic container liner to southern China.
